Не так давно, в некоторых группах появилась публикация Инны Селезневой, посвященная браку по окрасу. В числе бракованных собак был назван мой щенок из последнего помета.
Абсурдность этого заявления для меня не оставляла сомнений, но, г-жа Селезнева упорна в своих заблуждениях. Удивительно, что некоторые заводчики, считающие себя специалистами в породе, распространяли и поддерживали эту заведомо ложную и крайне вредную для породы информацию.
Я являюсь активным участником семинаров, проводимых «Первым образовательным сообществом заводчиков и владельцев собак DogWinner». Обучающие семинары проводят ведущие специалисты — кинологи, ветеринары, зоотехники-генетики.
Недавно в цикле лекций «Окрасы собак, с основами генетики» мною был задан вопрос с предоставлением фото по окрасу моего щенка, «забракованного» Селезневой. На вопрос ответила Эльвира Владимировна Романенкова — Эксперт-кинолог РКФ-FCI по всем породам собак. Специальность — зоотехник, биолог. Автор многих научных статей, переводчик официальных стандартов многих пород собак, автор комментариев к стандартам. В прошлом Эльвира Владимировна сама была владелицей Южнорусской Овчарки.

Recently Mrs. Inna Selezneva has made a groundless publication devoted to dogs’ defective colors. That article contained a list of defective by colors SROs, and a puppy from the last brood belonging to me, was also put there in.
I have been shocked with that absurd in itself statement concerning my puppy. Mrs. Selezneva remained persistent in her delusion though. Surprisingly, some breeders, who count themselves experts, not only supported knowingly false and detrimental information, but even spread it out.
It is clear that such doings are extremely harmful to SRO breed. Let me explain what I mean. I am actually an active participant of Seminars, which are conducted by «DogWinner -The 1st Educational Society of breeders and dogs owners» well known and recognized in CIS society. Leading cynologists, vets, animal experts- geneticists take part in those Seminars.
A week ago or so in a lecture cycle «Dogs’ colors on fundamentals of genetic» I asked a question furnished with photos — regarding color of my puppy. Expert-cynologists of RCF-FCI all-rounder, Mrs. Elvira Romanenkova being based on genetic research, clearly stated that same color as my puppy has had in particular, not only wasn’t defective, but on the contrary it had been desirable one! It should be noticed that Mrs. Romanenkova is an animal expert and biologist by profession, an author of many research articles, an approved translator of official standards and an author of comments to them and, by the way, ex-owner of SRO.
Those, who because of own incompetence in basic genetics knowledge, refer such colored pappies as defective ones, definitely bring serious harm to the breed and its development on the whole. I believe I have managed to shed light onto the case. In conclusion, I would like to ask all concerned to be devoted and honest towards the Breed!
